The experience I've had throughout the story was something I've never felt before in my whole reading journey. It made me smile. It made me sad. It made me nervous. It was an explosion of various emotions. At some points, it was so heartbreaking that I was weeping on the inside. My heart hurt and my eyes were ready to experience a waterfall of tears, but the tears just won't allow themselves to drop. Instead, all the hurt was stuck inside me that I'd end up having a hard time moving on to the next chapters in fear of getting crushed by many more revelations. I was really glad tho that I figured 3/4 of what happened in the past before they were even unraveled. :)
So far, this is my favorite contemporary YA.
